YOUR PROJECT IN 5 STEPS

STEP 1. On-site Visit - From attention to intention

During this first on-site visit, we carefully look at your place, your specific needs and scope of work (new business development, remodelling, rebranding or refreshment) - Following this visit we draft an intention note. This note includes some suggestions of research to create your Signature-Concept and a list of the most appropriate 3D-Design services to bring your concept to life.

STEP 2. Concept Book oR « StoryBook »

Whatever the scope of work, every project starts with a story. Based on your business identity, on the heritage of the building architecture and of the local area, Jaillon Studio creates a concept that will be the baseline of your story and project. This concept is presented in a “Storybook” including storyboards and photorealistic visuals that will help you to visualise your project.

As we believe that Art is a powerful feature that marks out the signature of your business identity and creates a strong connection between your place and your customers, our storybook will also include a pre-selection of local Art and Craft works that fit your identity.

This Storybook can be used for funding purposes.

 

STEP 3. “Study Book”

According to your business, your concept and specific needs, Jaillon Studio and its dedicated partners provide your architect, builders and contractors with a suite of technical recommendations and specifications that help them to bring your concept to life. For this purpose, your study book could include:

  • Feasibility study reports: market and financial feasibility - technical and planning permission feasibility - Health and Safety feasibility - Fengshui diagnostic and recommendations.

  • Technical guidelines including drawings and 3D visualisations of all areas (reception lobby, rooms, common spaces, pool area, etc.)

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipments (FF&E) specifications including References and prices per items.

  • Budget Estimation: building and renovation cost, floor/wall/ceiling covering materials

  • Previsional Time schedule of the work delivery

  • 1 to 3-year Art events and Communication plans

 

ETAPE 4. Project development and concept quality check, PURCHASING and installation

Jaillon Studio supports you at every step of the building process to make sure your final project will be delivered in coherence with the concept that we have previously agreed.

From the FF&E negotiation and purchasing to the logistic delivery and on-site installation, Jaillon Studio and logistics partners can support you in every aspect of the procurement process.

More than just an interior design project, Jaillon Studio delivers a lively ARTmosphere-concept featuring local artists and a dynamic “mise en scène” that will celebrate the local heritage and culture. For this purpose Jaillon Studio supports you in:
